We provided programme management for a long term contract to deliver a refreshed cloud based cyber security product used by 3 million end users and thousands of clients. This involved the complete redesign of the data centre, infrastructure, compute, software, product support and end user migration.

The Ministry of Justice embarked on a programme to integrate all IT services and bring in new suppliers to refresh the whole IT environment. We worked directly with the LAA to manage how the legacy applications, end user compute and integration into a SIAM model could be migrated without any downtime to the legal profession and end user clients.
